winterrealmx is a small online store that sells one thing: house slippers for women. No apparel, no seasonal side lines. Thirty-two styles, from open-toe slides for a heated apartment to ankle-high booties for a house that runs cold.
Who runs the store
The store is operated by CELESTARA COSMETICS LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Our registered business address is 1500 N GRANT ST STE N, Denver, CO 80203. That address is a mailing and registration address only. We do not have a store, a showroom or a warehouse there, and you cannot pick up or drop off an order at that address.
Where the slippers come from
We do not manufacture anything ourselves. Every pair is made and shipped by our supplier and fulfillment partner in China, and each order leaves that partner's warehouse and travels to you directly. Nothing ships from a warehouse inside the United States. That is why our delivery window is 11 to 17 business days rather than two days, and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.
Import duties on your order are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for a customs payment when the parcel arrives.
Returns
Returns are handled inside the United States. Our returns warehouse is at 9550 Satellite Blvd Ste 150, Orlando, FL 32837. You email us first, we send a prepaid label, and there is nothing for you to pay. The full terms are on our Refund & Returns page.

What we will not do
We do not publish customer reviews we did not receive, countdown timers that reset, or stock numbers we cannot verify. If a page here states a fact about a slipper, it came from the supplier's specification or from the photographs, and where we are not sure we leave it out.
