This website is operated by CELESTARA COSMETICS LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, trading as winterrealmx. Throughout this page, the terms we, us and our refer to winterrealmx. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We describe each product using the specification our supplier provides and the photographs of that product. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and a plush or knit texture in particular can photograph lighter or darker than it is in the room. We do not guarantee that a color on your monitor is an exact match.

Sizing differs between styles. Please read the product page and the Size and Fit Guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in United States dollars. Import duties are included in the price. No sales tax is added at checkout on this store.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We may refuse or cancel an order where a price or a product description was clearly wrong, where payment is declined, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we have received the order, not that we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order; after that the order is with the warehouse.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Our published delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break any law, to infringe anyone rights, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

9. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the information on this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, or that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change products, prices and content at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
