Slipper sizing is less exact than shoe sizing, and our styles do not all use the same size scheme. Read the two paragraphs that apply to the pair you are looking at, then check the size list on that product page.
Three size schemes you will see
- Whole-number US sizes (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). Order the size you normally wear in a sneaker. If you are between sizes, take the larger one; a slipper that is slightly roomy is comfortable, a slipper that is slightly short is not.
- Paired sizes (8, 10). These cover two US sizes each: 8 fits roughly US 7-8, and 10 fits roughly US 9-10. If your size falls on the boundary, take the larger pair.
- Regular and Wide (for example 8 and 8 Wide). Wide is cut with more room across the ball of the foot and through the toe box. It is not longer. If your usual shoe pinches across the toes but fits in length, choose the Wide in your normal size rather than sizing up.
Half sizes
A few styles are listed in half sizes (6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10.5). Those run true to the number shown.
If you have swelling, bunions or a bandaged foot
Look at the adjustable styles with a hook-and-loop strap. The strap releases so the shoe opens flat, which means you can put it on without reaching down and pulling, and you can change the depth through the day as the foot swells. Those styles are collected on the Wide Fit & Adjustable page.
Socks
Every size recommendation above assumes a normal sock or bare feet. If you wear thick winter socks indoors, take the next size up on the whole-number styles.
What we do not claim
We do not publish foot-length measurements in centimeters or inches for these slippers, because our supplier does not provide verified measurements for every style and we will not invent them. If a fit question matters to you before ordering, email support@winterrealmx.com and we will tell you what we actually know about that style.
If the size is wrong
You have 30 days from the delivery date. Email us, we send a prepaid return label, and we exchange for another size or color subject to availability, or refund you. The pair has to be unworn, not have been outside, and come back in its original shoe box with everything that was in it. Full terms are on the Refund & Returns page.
